Perfect layout for 2 large families. Close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, and the square at Seaside. The gated neighborhood is also quiet and safe for families. I would recommend this house 10/10. Our family will definitely be back!!

The hammocks is a small community that provides an exclusive experience which is very close to all of the great beaches and restaurants of Seaside. The house is very spacious and extremely comfortable. It felt like we were at home.

The neighborhood, home and amenities were amazing! Home was perfect for our family….including our fur baby! This is a quiet location compared to the crazy 30A traffic! Use Dune Allen Beach

AfterDune Nap is a nicely designed, immaculate, high-end home steps to the beautiful community pool and amenities. Great space inside and out. We enjoyed the gated community and quieter part of 30A. Top Sail and Dune Allen beach access very convenient. Vue 30A and Stinky's are must-visit dining experiences. We hope to stay here again! Thank you!!

Property is outstanding. Clean. Bright. Open. Short walk to ppoil and hot tub. Short walk/bike ride to paved path along 30A. Kitchen has all the small appliances you would use! Elite 30A staff were very helpful, timely, kind, and thorough. We would definitely rent with them again!

Loved all the beach chairs & toys provided. My daughter even took the surf board out, & actually learned to surf. Beautiful beach! Our own private area. Love the porch & swing. We grilled almost every night. Such a quick drive to delicious coffee/ice cream, restaurants. 30 minutes to destin or 30 minutes to PCB. Super convenient. Absolutely beautiful home. 1st floor does have an odour, but we put the teenage boys in that room & they blended right in lol. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Location was perfect! We had two children 3 and 1 and having private beach access just a few feet away was perfect. The bedrooms each had there own bathroom. The bunkbed room downstairs had a weird smell but other than that everything was great!

Location, location, location! Property is located right on the beach. Beautiful views and private access to the beach. Location is perfect because you won’t see the beach crowded. The property looks exactly as in the pictures. All beds are super comfortable. The property manager, Joy, is the best, she is quick to respond and address any issues. Will definitely return.

We had a group of 9 college friends celebrating our 60th birthdays. Many of them were flying in from NJ, Denver, Akron while the rest were driving in from the SE. Initially it was difficult to have a layover for a 4 day trip but I assured them this would be worth their while. The house was incredible. Lots of space on the interior and outside and the beach is the closest you can get in all of 30A. Joy came over to meet us and bring a few items and in all my 29 years of renting on 30A, I have never had better communication with a Mgmt company. The only thing that could have made the trip better was the "red tide" not being a strong visitor! Pretty awful but we certainly got around it and took advantage of everything available on the property. Elite30A is the best!

Our family has been renting this house along with another unit on San Roy drive, on and off for the past 25 years. Although the prices have gone up alot, you still can not beat the location of this house with the ocean and beach in front and Eastern Lake behind. All the folks at Elite 30a were great and helped us with all our questions and made our stay extra special.

This house is right on the beach, so a great location. Great views. The top two floors are pretty and updated. The bottom floor/bunk room needs updating and smelled very musty. The gate and porch need some repairs. We enjoyed our stay, but no one was able to stay in the bunk room.

Love that we could let our kids play in the sand and still enjoy our coffee on the deck. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the upstairs deck and WOW, the stars were amazing.
