"This house was BEAUTIFUL! So convenient to the beach (even a ramp at the boardwalk which was a great surprise with two toddlers!),the pool was amazing- two lounge chairs on the ledge in the water, beds were comfy, plenty of beach towels, well stocked kitchen- can’t say enough good things about this house! joy was amazing to work with. She met us at the property upon arrival to give us a tour of the house, and she promptly answered any questions we had during our stay! Hope we get to come back next year! "

We enjoyed the private pool, the scenic kitchen views and all the bikes, paddle boards and beach/pool toys that came with this house as well. We highly recommend this house and rental company. They were very easy to contact prior to and during our stay. We had no problems whatsoever and the house also felt very safe and secure. The house is in a great location, very quick walk to the beach and shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Highly recommend! "

Great Rental home for kids
"We had a fabulous time so much – that I almost never leave reviews – but will this time. Folks read reviews all the time but how much do you know about the actual reviewer (and why trust what they say anyway)? Well, my family (wife, 4 yo and 10 month old) had a blast in this Rosemary home, which is perfectly situated on the quitter side of Rosemary adjacent to the beach boardwalk and directly across the kids playground. You couldn’t ask for a better spot. But if the beach isn’t for you 24/7 the pool is as-advertised. Last, but certainly not least, Hoy and the Elite 30-A team were fabulous. We will certainly be back. "

"We’ve had the pleasure of staying at many wonderful properties along 30a over the years. Our experience at Seas the Day is at the top of the list. The house itself is outstanding BUT the service from Joy at Elite 30a made the experience head and shoulders above any other we’ve had over the years. Her attention to detail and overall service from the day we made the reservation to the day of our checkout was off the charts! Great house made even better by a wonderful person who knows the meaning of customer service! "
Fantastic Memorial Day Weekend
"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The amenities were great – they provided us with a beach bag, shamp00/conditioner, coffee, and a cold bottle of water. The rental also includes 2 beach chair rentals with an umbrella, which was a godsend! The AC was strong and the bed was comfortable so we got a great night sleep. There was plenty of parking on the street – but I would recommend renting a car and not relying on Uber as the house is in a gated community and Ubers a scarce. Overall the best VRBO rental experience I’ve had. The property manager was responsive within the hour if we had a question, the amenities and location was amazing, and the property was well maintained and comfortable. "

"So comfy with everything you need. Besides the well-appointed kitchen there is a washer/dryer and even an Xbox with games for the kids in the down stairs room. Also loved sitting at the main pool at Carillion which is right on the beach. Absolutely will rent this in the summer again in the summer as it’s perfect for our family. "
