This house was the perfect fit for my family of 3 adults and 7 kids. Everyone had plenty of space. The beds are very comfortable and the house had everything you could need. The beach felt private because there weren’t many people around. I can’t say enough good about the house and it’s location. Also, the property manager was always available and very helpful.

‘Gone coastal’ was everything our family of 10 (8 adults and 2 infants/toddlers) could have envisioned. With 4 full bedrooms and 3.5 baths, we had plenty of room to spare, and we expect this location to continue to be accommodating to our ever-growing family. The best attribute of this property is the location! Literally, ON THE BEACH! (Which is not always the case with VRBO ‘beach-front’ properties). The second-best attribute was the recently renovated interior. Outfitted to the nines, great appliances, and tastefully decorated. And what tops both of the above, was the property manager, Joy! She looked after our every need. She met us at check-in, and even returned hours later as the ceiling fan remote control was missing a 12V battery....she was absolutely incredible! We set up our own beach chairs umbrellas every day and were at least 100 feet from our closest beach neighbors. Because this property is situated between East Lake and the Gulf, and is at least 10+ properties in either direction from a multiplex, there is little intrusion on the beach front; and securing your spot is simple. Only aspects I could wish to be improved upon would be a full bath on the first floor, a common half-bath on second floor(instead of using bedroom’s bathroom), and a bath tub (for infants/toddlers), but these are beyond MINOR in comparison to above. 5 stars across the board! We hope to return every year.

We enjoyed The Grayton Brewery, Pizza Bar and Dawson's ice cream (our daughters visited three times). It was a magical week, full of happy, family memories! We hope to visit again in the future! I have been vacationing on 30A since I was kid (80's, early 90's), we always stayed in Seaside proper as it was the only place developed at the time. In the last several years, we have branched out and stayed in Seagrove, Watercolor, all the way to Rosemary and everything in between. The bottom line, we love the area. We stumbled upon this gem in December. Here's the deal, you can find a beautiful and well-equipped vacation home anywhere on 30A, but what you can't find is one that is literally on the beach. This completely renovated and tastefully decorated home has three levels. The first level is a bunk-room. Our kids and their cousins loved this spacious room. They played games, watched movies and had their own space. There is a laundry room on this level and an extra fridge. (major bonus for all of the food/drinks) The second level (main level with a master bedroom) has a million dollar view. The wall of windows and balcony are AMAZING. About a mile away is Buddy's Seafood Market, it is the perfect place to buy everything you need for a shrimp/seafood feast. We highly recommend doing this and enjoying dinner on the balcony overlooking the white sand and ocean. The 3rd level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My parents stayed in the master bedroom with the balcony. We stayed in the other bedroom and it was perfect. Beds were comfortable, high-end bedding and we appreciated the fact that there were 2 twin beds also in the room, just in case one of our daughters decided to sleep in the room with us...which happened almost every night. We plan on coming back this summer and can't wait to relax on the beach without the daily burden of schlepping all of our gear back and forth. If you have ever had the experience of doing this while juggling ice chests, life vests and beach gear (holding a child and dodging traffic) you will understand why this house deserves more than 5 stars.

Such an amazing home! The view, the porch and the access to the beach are all great. Plus it's in the perfect location, so close to everywhere you want to go on 30A. The furniture and linens are comfortable and inviting. It's the perfect place for family getaways. You will make memories here that will last forever! We found everything to be just as described...even better. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your upcoming vacation.

This property is AMAZING! It has everything you could ever need for a relaxing, luxury vacation, even with the kids! It was immaculate and the interior was obviously renovated to feel luxurious without sacrificing comfort, which I consider critical! Typically, I will spend every waking hour on the beach during vacation but because the house was SO CLOSE (as in approx. 6 steps to the sand and maybe 40 to the water) I felt like I could enjoy all the beauty, breeze, smells and sounds of the water from the comfort of the back porch swing when I wanted. It was so close and the view is completely unrestricted. My kids could play on the beach while momma relaxed in the swing with her glass of wine! (We've all been there and needed that ten minutes of peace at the end of a day and feel confident our children are being safe) We have stayed multiple times in this area and have never enjoyed a house the way we did this one. As a former restaurant owner, few houses have functional kitchens that are well equipped for heavy use. NOT this one!! It had everything I would expect to need and not the "cheap" pans many owners use! High end, heavy duty kitchen necessities! We loved biking to Seaside and playing in the lake which is like getting a two for one deal on vacations for those who prefer shallow, calm water! I normally don't write reviews. I hate to have to explain my personal expectations, which my husband say are unrealistic, to potential future guests, but I honestly jumped at the opportunity to give this house the praise it deserves! The best vacation for me is when I can have my whole family in the same house for a week without any complaints!! NOT ONE! Needless to say, we have already booked this house for our girls trip and next family vacation - Thank you for proving my husband wrong and meeting MY EXPECTATIONS OF AN AMAZING VACATION HOME!!!

This house was absolutely perfect! It has all the amenities one needs to have a fabulous and fun stay on the beach. You cannot beat the view from the deck as you sit on the swing and watch the sun set and I loved the private beach access. The rooms were very clean, inviting, beautifully decorated and very comfortable; I honestly felt like this was my "home away from home" as everything I needed was at my fingertips! I love the layout of the house, as every floor has enough space for both sleeping and just hanging out and having fun! Although we love dining out at some of the local spots (highly recommend Bruno's Pizza), on those occasions that we wanted to stay in and cook, we picked up some groceries at the local market and kitchen was nicely equipped with all utensils, baking/cookware that we needed. This place is beautiful, very well maintained and perfect for that beach vacation getaway! Highly recommend this property and we will definitely be going back again!!

Aside form the great house and location to to beach, Joy made sure we had everything we needed. She had a repairman come the day we told her that the ice maker wasn't working and all was repaired and fixed and we had ice the following day.

The house itself is perfect...family gathering areas are wonderful, and the short distance to pool, tennis courts, and beach cannot be beat. Only way this house could be more perfect is if it were ON the beach but the 3 minute walk is totally fine and the beaches are pristine so it doesn't matter and worth the short walk!!!

The downstairs kitchen, living room and dining room were so spacious for all of us. We enjoyed the the seating on the porch and balcony. The ice maker was a great bonus. The gas grill was helpful since we ate all our meals at the house. Normally we would dine out for dinner. Since we had so many groceries, the refrigerator was jam packed. The courtesy soaps and shampoos were a nice touch. Joy at Elite 30A was great to work with and very responsive.

Joy was wonderful to work with very flexible on the front end before we arrived and responsive if we needed anything during our stay. The house was PERFECT...great location to walking to the beach, beautifully appointed, decorated, clean, comfortable beds and the best covered porches to hang out on. Our only complaint or suggestion is the house could use better pans and those seemed old and scratched and not great for use. In fact we felt the need to go buy our own omelette pan so that we didn't have black pan scrapings in the pan . Other than the pans (very replaceable!) this was an exceptional stay. Even the weather held out for us!!!!

Our extended family stayed in the house over spring break. There were 8 of us, and the house accommodated us very well. This is one of the only VRBO homes we’ve rented where the two master suites seemed truly equal in size and amenities. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, we made every meal at the house, and the kitchen was FABULOUS! The house has pretty much everything you need to cook most meals. There is also lots of cupboard space for storing groceries. We especially loved unloading beach towels and gear everyday in the awesome, little room off of the kitchen. The outdoor shower worked great for washing off sand and cleaning up beach toys. The laundry room was much appreciated, as we were able to wash beach and bath towels throughout the week. The beach is just a very short walk down the street, and the house comes with four beach chairs. All of the people in this gated community were extremely friendly, and the place just oozes Southern charm. We would definitely rent this house again in a heartbeat. The only real downside we encountered is the tiny back porch where the grill is located. We generally sit around outside visiting while we are grilling, and there was no space for that. Suggestions for homeowners: Please add more towel racks or hooks in the bathrooms and leave 3 rolls of TP for each bathroom for a week’s stay. Otherwise, the home was quite lovely, and we had a great time! We hope to return soon when the world is not turned upside-down by Corona virus. Thank You for the Hospitality!

Going Coastal is a beautiful home in a great location with a short walk to the beach! The house was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed for the month of February and I was pleasantly surprised with a mid-stay cleaning and I can’t say enough about the lovely porches! Joy was wonderful to work with, she made everything so easy! We would definitely rent this lovely home again!

This was a trip for our family of a lifetime and this house did not disappoint! The best part was stepping outside the front door and walking down the path straight to the beach! Perfect location. What a wonderful 50th Anniversary Vacation with our family of 6 adults and 4 children! The house was beautiful, the pool was perfect for our grandkids and the beach was just a minute away. We loved every minute! You couldn't have asked for a better location since it was so close to the beach and just a short walk to Rosemary Beach Town square with unique restaurants and shops. Also, there was a cute little playground right across the street from the house. Perfect for our kids! Joy was great and was very responsive when we had questions. This home was perfect for our family of six. It easily could’ve slept more as well. It is just steps from the ocean and from the top deck you have a beautiful view of the water and can hear the waves and feel the breeze. Being so close to the ocean was priceless. It was also nice to be within two minutes of the community pool. The home also sits right next to the kids playground which is fun for younger ones. The best part as well was how close the Rosemary shops and restaurants were. On foot, everything is just a five minute walk. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen and the elevator was a nice touch! The home was clean, well decorated and very spacious and well laid out. The kids bunk room with attached game room was a huge hit in our family! We will definitely stay there again!

This house was outstanding. Service and communication with Joy, the property manager, was great. She was 100% responsive before, during and after. It was just as pictured. Decor was tasteful and updated. House was very well equipped and maintained impeccably. We loved the location which was not too close to the busy and crowded town center. I cannot say enough good things about this house. We were a family party of all adults and house had multiple perfect spaces, rooms and decks to have privacy and work remote. We owned a house in Rosemary for many years and I can say this is one of the best in Rosemary. The kitchen was perfect for our private chef to work in. We cannot wait to return to this house!

We were pleased to see the owner heard our feedback and provided step stools for our little ones and also did some upgrades (new refrigerator, paint, etc.) to the house. The kitchen is outstanding - we are always cooking at home and everything worked extremely well, including the outdoor grill. We love the proximity to the boardwalk and the ability to have heat in the pool. The carriage house is also very nice to have so that we could invite friends or family. The carriage house seems to be missing the dining table that was shown in the photo, so our guests ate by the pool or came to our upstairs kitchen. The weather was really beautiful, so it worked out fine. 11 paddle boards was plenty, but I wonder if a pedal boat or something along those lines could allow for another experience? The bikes are in need of a tune-up, several of them had chains that had fallen off and the only child bike needs handles. The manager has said new bikes will be purchased, so we are looking forward to seeing those during our next stay!

Management staff was awesome to work with, Thank you Joy! The house has everything you need and so much more! Our kids (ages 2-12) had their pick of bikes, boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys, and balls to enjoy. The bunk room with games kept them entertained as well. Proximity to the beach couldn’t be easier! The pool heater wasn’t working upon arrival, but Joy and the pool staff worked to get it going for us and we were so grateful! It’s an easy walk to shops and dining from the home. Only advice would be to weed out some of the broken beach equipment that is stored in the garage.

We had an incredible trip. The home is exactly as advertised. Beautiful views, quiet location only steps from the beach. Furnishings are clean and new and rooms are well apportioned for all guests. We particularly enjoyed making use of the pool after long hot days at the beach. Additionally, the property manager was friendly, attentive to any need, and made our arrival seamless. We could not have been more pleased and hope to return soon.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seas The Day. The only shortfall were the three story stairs, but it's our own fault for not using the nice elevator. The way the houses are built, there's no way around not going up! We will definitely be back! Joy was wonderful to work with. Hate we had to leave.

This is our first time staying with Elite 30A and we loved Seas the Day. This home was beautiful and really allowed our family to experience the beauty of Rosemary Beach. We had 4 young adults and 4 teens in our group and the house came equipped with boogie boards, paddle boards, beach chairs and plenty of bikes for a full house of 11! When they said "bring your sunblock and smile" they were not kidding even down to the beach towels and 2 beach wagons. Elite 30A has been a fantastic company to work with and Joy definitely will go above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect during your stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit to 30A and we will definitely be using Elite 30A again.

The house is just as pictured. Decorated very nice and comfortable. The backyard is one of the bigger back yards. Beach access is right next door and beach is steps away. We loved it!
