The downstairs kitchen, living room and dining room were so spacious for all of us. We enjoyed the the seating on the porch and balcony. The ice maker was a great bonus. The gas grill was helpful since we ate all our meals at the house. Normally we would dine out for dinner. Since we had so many groceries, the refrigerator was jam packed. The courtesy soaps and shampoos were a nice touch. Joy at Elite 30A was great to work with and very responsive.

Joy was wonderful to work with very flexible on the front end before we arrived and responsive if we needed anything during our stay. The house was PERFECT...great location to walking to the beach, beautifully appointed, decorated, clean, comfortable beds and the best covered porches to hang out on. Our only complaint or suggestion is the house could use better pans and those seemed old and scratched and not great for use. In fact we felt the need to go buy our own omelette pan so that we didn't have black pan scrapings in the pan . Other than the pans (very replaceable!) this was an exceptional stay. Even the weather held out for us!!!!

Our extended family stayed in the house over spring break. There were 8 of us, and the house accommodated us very well. This is one of the only VRBO homes we’ve rented where the two master suites seemed truly equal in size and amenities. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, we made every meal at the house, and the kitchen was FABULOUS! The house has pretty much everything you need to cook most meals. There is also lots of cupboard space for storing groceries. We especially loved unloading beach towels and gear everyday in the awesome, little room off of the kitchen. The outdoor shower worked great for washing off sand and cleaning up beach toys. The laundry room was much appreciated, as we were able to wash beach and bath towels throughout the week. The beach is just a very short walk down the street, and the house comes with four beach chairs. All of the people in this gated community were extremely friendly, and the place just oozes Southern charm. We would definitely rent this house again in a heartbeat. The only real downside we encountered is the tiny back porch where the grill is located. We generally sit around outside visiting while we are grilling, and there was no space for that. Suggestions for homeowners: Please add more towel racks or hooks in the bathrooms and leave 3 rolls of TP for each bathroom for a week’s stay. Otherwise, the home was quite lovely, and we had a great time! We hope to return soon when the world is not turned upside-down by Corona virus. Thank You for the Hospitality!

Going Coastal is a beautiful home in a great location with a short walk to the beach! The house was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed for the month of February and I was pleasantly surprised with a mid-stay cleaning and I can’t say enough about the lovely porches! Joy was wonderful to work with, she made everything so easy! We would definitely rent this lovely home again!

This was a trip for our family of a lifetime and this house did not disappoint! The best part was stepping outside the front door and walking down the path straight to the beach! Perfect location. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Plenty of beach supplies including umbrellas and chairs. Highly recommend!!!

What a wonderful 50th Anniversary Vacation with our family of 6 adults and 4 children! The house was beautiful, the pool was perfect for our grandkids and the beach was just a minute away. We loved every minute! You couldn't have asked for a better location since it was so close to the beach and just a short walk to Rosemary Beach Town square with unique restaurants and shops. Also, there was a cute little playground right across the street from the house. Perfect for our kids! Joy was great and was very responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend this house!!!

This home was perfect for our family of six. It easily could’ve slept more as well. It is just steps from the ocean and from the top deck you have a beautiful view of the water and can hear the waves and feel the breeze. Being so close to the ocean was priceless. It was also nice to be within two minutes of the community pool. The home also sits right next to the kids playground which is fun for younger ones. The best part as well was how close the Rosemary shops and restaurants were. On foot, everything is just a five minute walk. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen and the elevator was a nice touch! The home was clean, well decorated and very spacious and well laid out. The kids bunk room with attached game room was a huge hit in our family! We will definitely stay there again!

This house was outstanding. Service and communication with Joy, the property manager, was great. She was 100% responsive before, during and after. It was just as pictured. Decor was tasteful and updated. House was very well equipped and maintained impeccably. We loved the location which was not too close to the busy and crowded town center. I cannot say enough good things about this house. We were a family party of all adults and house had multiple perfect spaces, rooms and decks to have privacy and work remote. We owned a house in Rosemary for many years and I can say this is one of the best in Rosemary. The kitchen was perfect for our private chef to work in. We cannot wait to return to this house!

We were pleased to see the owner heard our feedback and provided step stools for our little ones and also did some upgrades (new refrigerator, paint, etc.) to the house. The kitchen is outstanding - we are always cooking at home and everything worked extremely well, including the outdoor grill. We love the proximity to the boardwalk and the ability to have heat in the pool. The carriage house is also very nice to have so that we could invite friends or family. The carriage house seems to be missing the dining table that was shown in the photo, so our guests ate by the pool or came to our upstairs kitchen. The weather was really beautiful, so it worked out fine. 11 paddle boards was plenty, but I wonder if a pedal boat or something along those lines could allow for another experience? The bikes are in need of a tune-up, several of them had chains that had fallen off and the only child bike needs handles. The manager has said new bikes will be purchased, so we are looking forward to seeing those during our next stay!

Management staff was awesome to work with, Thank you Joy! The house has everything you need and so much more! Our kids (ages 2-12) had their pick of bikes, boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys, and balls to enjoy. The bunk room with games kept them entertained as well. Proximity to the beach couldn’t be easier! The pool heater wasn’t working upon arrival, but Joy and the pool staff worked to get it going for us and we were so grateful! It’s an easy walk to shops and dining from the home. Only advice would be to weed out some of the broken beach equipment that is stored in the garage.

We had an incredible trip. The home is exactly as advertised. Beautiful views, quiet location only steps from the beach. Furnishings are clean and new and rooms are well apportioned for all guests. We particularly enjoyed making use of the pool after long hot days at the beach. Additionally, the property manager was friendly, attentive to any need, and made our arrival seamless. We absolutely loved our stay at Seas The Day. The only shortfall were the three story stairs, but it's our own fault for not using the nice elevator. The way the houses are built, there's no way around not going up! We will definitely be back! Joy was wonderful to work with. Hate we had to leave.

This is our first time staying with Elite 30A and we loved Seas the Day. This home was beautiful and really allowed our family to experience the beauty of Rosemary Beach. We had 4 young adults and 4 teens in our group and the house came equipped with boogie boards, paddle boards, beach chairs and plenty of bikes for a full house of 11! When they said "bring your sunblock and smile" they were not kidding even down to the beach towels and 2 beach wagons. Elite 30A has been a fantastic company to work with and Joy definitely will go above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect during your stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit to 30A and we will definitely be using Elite 30A again.

The house is spacious, well designed and the location can't be beat. Management was extremely personable and responsive and generous with all the supplies - paper towels, bath and beach towels, dishwasher pods, bikes, beach toys and paddle boards. The location is on the outer edge of Rosemary, so it was nice and quiet. The kids also loved the pool. We had one of the best stays. We will want to continue booking as long as the house is well maintained. It is just starting to show a bit of age in some areas but we are definitely coming back.

We throughly enjoyed staying at Seas The Day. We visited during the off season of summer and had a wonderful time. The house manager is very easy to contact. Only issue we had was a refrigerator was on the fritz but the house manager took care of us and informed us they had a new fridge on order. The house was spacious for our large family. We had a fabulous time so much - that I almost never leave reviews - but will this time. Folks read reviews all the time but how much do you know about the actual reviewer (and why trust what they say anyway)? Well, my family (wife, 4 yo and 10 month old) had a blast in this Rosemary home, which is perfectly situated on the quieter side of Rosemary adjacent to the beach boardwalk and directly across the kids playground. You couldn’t ask for a better spot. But if the beach isn’t for you 24/7 the pool is as-advertised. Last, but certainly not least, Joy and the Elite 30-A team were fabulous. We will certainly be back.

Seas The Day is the ultimate beach getaway and the best way to experience Rosemary Beach with easy beach access (literally footsteps from the pier), more than enough bikes, a ton of beach toys, beach games, and surf boards and 3rd floor views that help you soak it all in. The house has everything you could want and is luxurious in every way with some small touches that remind you that you are on vacation. The kitchen has a full inventory, which made cooking for a large group very easy. The upper lounge was very comfortable with two large patios, a full bath, kitchen, home theater system, and board games to make it hard to leave the house! The bedrooms are beautiful and accommodating with each having full baths. The master bath is HUGE and the fireplace in the bed room is a great touch. The house was all very clean, and it seemed like everything was brand new. The outdoor kitchen and pool area was where we spent a ton of time between the beach and the upper lounge. The den is perfectly situated and has two coolers and a great home theater to catch the football games during pool time. Customer service was as good as you'd expect with a property like this and Joy was just a phone call away if we needed anything. If you have not been to Rosemary before, you will be blown away by the community, shopping restaurants, and amenities available for all of the residents. There were 8 of us who stayed over the holiday, including 3 under the age of 4 and had no issues with the littles. I highly recommend this property!

First off, Joy, the property manager for Seas the Day, was exceptional and provided us with great customer service. Upon arrival, Joy gave us a tour of the property and showed us how to use the SAVANT system to control the home. The listing description was spot on to how we found the house. It was very clean and well maintained. Besides the overall grandeur of the home, this house is really amazing - tastefully decorated, high tech, and great proximity to the beach, parks, and one of the community pools. We really enjoyed the spectacular sun sets off the living room balcony. Also, the adjacent boardwalk provided us easy-access to the beach - we were at our beach spot within less than five minutes of walking from the home. The only reason why this stay did not get 5 stars was because the Thermador refrigerator had a known maintenance issue that had not been resolved properly. After doing some grocery shopping and filling it 3/4 the way full, it would not cool below 50 degrees. Thankfully, we used the three other refrigerators on site to keep perishable items at the proper temperature. For four days of our six nights stay, this mishap made things inconvenient during meal time. I'm certain that detail will be resolved for the next reservation. Therefore, I would absolutely recommend this property for any discerning family.

We loved this rental. It was beautifully decorated, well equipped, and in the best location!! Right next to the beach and across from a cute little park that our kiddos loved. Joy was amzing to work with and very friendly and accommodating with any questions we had during our stay. The abundance of pool toys, floats, kayaks, beach gear, and bikes made the trip a hit with the kids and saved us parents a lot of trouble with renting/ packing, etc. The entire family and our friends loved this home and we certainly hope to rent it again!

Recently our family spent a wonderful five nights at 262 Rosemary Av. which is managed by Joy with Elite 30 A. From the moment the online reservations were initiated through checkout, Joy was exceptionally helpful. Joy answered all questions beforehand quickly and accurately. Joy also met us for a walk through the property when we arrived and gave us her cell phone number in case we had any concerns. Obviously, the service is exceptional and the property with its multiple living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, swimming pool is just as advertised. If you have the opportunity to stay in this house you will love it as much as we did. 2 adults and 3 teenagers were here for a week in August and had a great time. Steps (literally) from private beach access, a garage full of bikes, paddle boards, surfboards, and a carriage house to send the kids to for some quiet time. 3 story house -- with an elevator to bring groceries upstairs with-- and a living area and bedrooms on floors 1 and 2, with the entire 3rd floor for kitchen, dining, and living. House had keypads for entry, so no worrying about lost keys. Killer iPad controlled AV system through house, decks on all sides, sparkling pool w/ lights for night swimming, board games, never have to leave if you don't want to. About 3 blocks to the Rosemary Beach Town Center, can ride or drive to Seaside, Alys Beach, etc, tons of stuff to do. Easy to get to restaurants off 98 (BBQ, Stinky's, Goatfeathers, etc) and a Publix, Walmart, and Target within a couple of miles. About 5 miles to Pier Park, which was a good place to walk off dinner in Panama City (about 20 minutes). Owners rep named Joy who was a wonderful resource, available anytime, and a pleasure to interact with. Property shows obvious pride of ownership by the owners. We'll be back as soon as we can. The house itself is outstanding BUT the service from Joy at Elite 30a made the experience head and shoulders above any other we've had over the years. Pool was heated and the courtyard was the perfect place for outdoor grilling. We have rented many times in different areas of 30A, and Seas The Day is the best by far!

Our family really enjoyed everything about our stay at Seas The Day! The home was beautifully decorated and clean, and we throughly enjoyed looking out from our balcony and seeing the beautiful gulf water, as the beach was just a few shorts steps away! The home has a state of the art entertainment system, so we were able to play our music over the speakers that are throughout the home, and the kids enjoyed watching their movies on the large TV in the cozy downstairs den. Joy, who represents the home was a delight to deal with, as she was quickly responsive to every question or need!

Stunning. I have to say that I am an "avid renter" of houses on 30A. Mainly in Alys & Rosemary area and typically we like to stay beachfront. This was one of my most favorite houses we've ever rented. We had tons of space, everything was super high-end like the electronics, linens, furniture, etc. It really didn't feel like a "rental home" like most. Loved having the pool for our kids and it was SUPER convenient to the beach, literally steps away to the beach (on the beach walkway). I'm nervous to write this review because I don't want to bring exposure to the house and decrease my own availability to it (LOL) because we are definitely trying to coordinate again to stay 2 weeks next time! Highly recommended! ALso, Joy was the manager of the company. She really gave us the VIP treatment, something that so rare it seems on 30A now because rental market is so busy. She genuinely wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to have an amazing stay. Thank you Joy!
