Sneak in a round of golf at Golf Clubs
Baytowne Golf Club
Recognized as the only course on Florida’s Emerald Coast that extends from the beach to the bay, Baytowne Golf Club is revered as one of the finest creations by renowned designer Tom Jackson. Twice hailed by Golf Digest as one of the “Best Places to Play” with 4 ½ stars, Baytowne Golf Club is a must play for all golfers planning to visit the picturesque Northwest Florida coast
Emerald Bay Golf Club
Emerald Bay is a prestigious golf course community centrally located along the shores of the Choctawhatchee Bay between Destin and the Beaches of South Walton. Destin Florida has long been a vacation destination known for superior golf courses, and that tradition is exemplified in the beautiful Emerald Bay Golf Club.
Kelly Plantation Golf Club
Consistently rated as one of the best golf courses in Destin, Kelly Plantation Golf Club offers challenging play amidst stunning coastal scenery. Our impeccably maintained course is open to the public and is a favorite destination of golfers from throughout the country and around the world.
Links Golf Club
A winding layout against the backdrop of the Baytowne Marina and the Choctawhatchee Bay designed by renowned architect Tom Jackson. A shot-makers course, accuracy, and proper club selection are key if you want to outfox the prevailing Gulf Coast winds. With five holes that run along the bay, this is a one-of-a-kind linksstyle golf outing on the Emerald Coast with spectacular views. And a heart-pounding challenge.
Origins Golf Club
Origins Golf Course was designed and built with the “short course” concept at its core. The mission: make golf more fun, accessible, and attractive to families, beginners and casual golfers. Via its non-penal design and manageable distance (approximately 1,800 yards) the Origins Course both appeals and caters to novices. Yet its regulation-length holes and greens dimensions provide enough challenge and strategy to retain the interest of avid and experienced players. Consistent with the Scottish origins of the game, in which six, nine and 12-hole courses were commonplace.
Featuring miles of spectacular white sand dunes (some as high as 20 feet!), large rolling fairways, artful bunkering and excellent conditioning, this track frames itself in rare, unspoiled beauty. While the 750-acre setting is breathtaking, what makes Windswept Dunes truly remarkable is that there are no crowds, no hustle and bustle at all.
